Delete your Ferba account

You can permanently delete your Ferba account and all associated data.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Ferba and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (پرۆفایل).
3. Tap Delete account (سڕینەوەی هەژمار) and confirm.

By request

If you can't access the app, email support@ferba.app from the phone number registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (phone, name, photo), all learning progress (XP, streaks, completed lessons, words learned), quiz history, feedback messages, and purchase records are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.

Note: subscription billing is managed by Google Play / the App Store — cancel any active subscription there separately to stop future charges.
